  • Reviewing the major features of the FMLA Final Rule effective March 27, 2015.
  • Understanding the impact of the definitional change of “spouse” on FMLA leave usage.
  • Demonstration of electronic FMLA forms and notice requirements (FMLA Tool Kit)
